Don't put anything on it if you plan on having it painted. Products like armorall and the like make it hard for the paint to stick.

was thinking of painting mine, but its a black bike anyway, will just be a shinier black. Anyone with a painted inner fairing have problems with glare???

I use this product inside my car and on the inner fairing. Protects and leaves a matt finish.

I want to paint the inner fairing also on my 07 SG but the removal process is a little bit intimidating to me .... does anyone have a step by step instructions or pics to post of the procedure ?
