08 filter and airbox

I've heard that the 08 air filter is washable. Is that the screaming eagle filter or the stock filter? Are the stock airbox holes bigger than earlier model?

SE filter is washable and they changed the location of the 3 holes as well as the opening due to it being a 50mm throttle body
