Any tips? I have the HD two-pouch low-profile windshield pouches. I had a HELL OF A TIME getting the winshield to line up on all three mounting points. No problem with two but, the third was a b****. FastAires website indicates to leave the three screws in and loosen to back ones. HD recommends taking the three screws out and not touching the back ones.

I leave the middle one in but loose and remove the outer two.

Not sure about exactly how those pouches mount but windshield is a 3 minute install. I only remove the three screws on the upper front of the fairing and don't need to touch the ones on the inner fairing. Most (not all) windshields come flat, requiring you to bend it a bit in order to get it in between the inner and outer fairing. It should easily slide in and partially seat itself on the screw bosses before you put the screws back in.
I'm thinking I either don't really understand your question or those pouches were installed and are causing some sort of interference.
