Default Seat retainer nut and bolt

I unscrewed the bolt that holds the seat on and heard/saw the bolt fall down and roll from under the tire. I thought that was strange -- that on all my other bikes the bolt screws into a fixed bolt or threaded hole. When i tried to put the bolt back, i realized that the custom lowering of the bike combined with the shocks gives me no room to get my hand or anything in there. As of now, i cannot reattach the seat since the bolt has nothing to screw into.

I tried jacking the bike up but that didn't give me any more room to work with.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Keith
Bro if you haven't gotten it fixed yet, run a string down the hole far enough to tie it to the permanent seat bolt nut pull it back up to the top needle nose pliers to pull it through push the locking clip cut the string screw the seat bolt down and go ride....

You Rookies! Use a zip tie put the nut on a large zip tie, fish it up through the hole and pull up on it. Super strong. then put the e-clip on. Needle nose? sheesh. Just don't lose the zip tie!

Or the OP is still recovering from the skid marks in and on his shorts when his seat fell off while riding.
