Default ISO Grips with heat?

Has anyone here installed the Kuryakyn Heat Demons Grip Warmers p/n 6282 with their ISO or Premium ISO Grips? Kury site did not have install instructions online for the Heat Demons other than discription states drilling a hole for the left grip is required.

I haven't seen the Kuryakyn heaters yet but I have the aerostich grip heaters on my Iso grips and love them. No drilling required.

Sounds good, I like the no drilling required. Do they have a website tolook at their heaters?

these are the ones--http://www.symtec-inc.com/heatdemon.htm
dennis kirk link--http://*******.com/2smkd9

you'll need to drill a small hole for the wire to exit the left control and follow the factory wiring, unless you have internal wired bars. these are prettysimple to install and really work well. i've put a set on a heritage w/ factory wiringand a set on my eg w/ internal wiring.

dunno why the dennis kir pic shows the chrome controls w/ a black grip...

email me w/ any ??'s...

I really like the Heat Demons switch and how it mounts. Kurtlange did you install with ISO grips? And were you able to fish the wires through the existing wire looms?

both bikes had harley grips on them. the heat demons will work w/ any grip, they go inside the bar.

on the heritage, the heater wire follows the stock wires down the left side of the bar. unless you really look, you can't tell the wires are there. ran the power wire under tha tank and hooked it into the harness by the battery.
on my eg, the stock wires are inside the bars. it was pita to fish the heater wires thru the stock wires but it can be done. i used a brake cable from a mountain bike and took my time. tied the power wire into the fender lamp circuit in the fairing. not hard at all.

This is great info, I'm sold! Season's about over up here but it will be a winter project for sure.

Thanks,
Arvid
