Great answer. And mine was leaking slowly even without adding any air or adjustments.

My guess is hyydraulic oil in the shock was dripping on the pads.
Have noticed it happens when you add or release air to them, so always put a towel under the fitting when doing it.
My 06 EG came from factory with air fitting on left side. Think maybe the MOCO finally got a clue?
