We stayed at the Nova Campground last year. I didn't find it very rowdy at all. It would start to get rowdy depending on who your neighbors were but it calmed down pretty early in the evenings. It was a very nice facility, clean, clean bathrooms, very nice people that run the place. If we every go back we would stay there again.
