Your simplest and quickest bet would probably be to just get the HD dock and one of there passenger backrests. You could spend a lotta time looking for random alternatives. I rekon if you have access to a machine shop, you could make one.

 

What Phil said; and, if you want to keep the CB and radio, buy the CB antenna bracket HD sells for installing CB on a Road Glide, and the antenna location bracket HD sells for installing an antenna on an EG standard. These are less than $5 each and you can get the part nos. from a kit breakdown of the kits HD offers.
