You're kidding right? My wife and I rode to Yellowstone and back, 4800 miles and 15 days. No trailer. You stop and do laundry and mail home anything you buy. But it's easy to pack for 4-5 days so a couple should be no problem.
Pretty much yes! Between being a OTR trucker and having 2 kids involved in sports , scouts and dance there is now way I could find time to justify the expence. Me and mamma are lucky to get these 2 nights for our anniversary , gotta get back forour son'sfootball game Sat. morningand we are giving our daughter a birthday party Sat. night.

The wife and I just did 8 days from Indiana to the blue ridge mountains complete from one end to the other and home again.
Two pairs of pants and 4Tshirts each. Diddy bag and day cover. Swin suits and one pair of shorts. 4 days change of underwear and socks.Rain Gear and Light weight jackets. No Leathers.
Cleaned clothes in hotel laundry every 3rd night. Hotel had hair dryer. Hung swin suits over air conditioner at night. Best vaction in a long time. Didn't use much because we didn't have much.
Brought home gifts for grandkids that would fit in Tour pack Top organizer. Just saddle bags Tour Pack and expandable tour bag for luggage rack.

Ya'll do it however ya want. Job #1 fer me is keepin' Mama happy. Ah kingit a new bike every 2-3 years if ah want it, so if the price of that is pullin' a trailer around, so be it.

Thanks!

Any of 'em can try to deny a claim....my dealer has no issues with it. HD would have to show that the trailer caused the damage - which won't be easy. One of the reasons I go with "name brand" on the trailer an' the gear - Bushtec has been makin' m/c trailers fer a LOT of years, an' they will document any issues HD may try ta raise.

Wife and I are leaving in the morning for a 2 night trip up to Pigeon Forge,Tn. Just for a 2 night trip we don't have nearly enough room , tour pack and saddle bags can't hold any more. Between rain gear , light jackets , couple change ofbloomers , shaving kit bag and a few tools storage space gets gone quick. Anything over a 2 or 3 nights I could see a trailer to pull behind the bikebeing a good investment.
If ya don't want or need to go NEW... Go to any GoldWing Thread and they normally have a few FOR SALE there or E-Bay

Bushtech - CycleMate - TourMate - ZZ Trailers - Motovation and the list goes on and on - Or you can always make your own with a car top carrier (they do make kits - Harbor Frieght)

Thanks TR, Your answer has given weight to my gut feeling. I've gotten many answers that skirt or avoid the question. My current ride is a Heritage Classic. With the softening market for pre '07 scoots I'm thinking of adding a UC to the stable. The missus would be near nirvana with a rolling LAZ BOY (LAZ GIRL?) & a trailer to haul the vital thing in life.
