Default Batwing repair anyone?

Well I've noticed a small crack on my batwing. It's at one of the windshield screws. The previous owner had replaced the stock windshield with a 6" deflector & probably overtightened the screw. Just knowing it's there bothers me so has anyone repaired or had a crack repaired? What's the recommended way?

ABS plastic, same as car bumpers. There are special glues for this. Check with any Auto Body shop or Auto supply shop and they will be able to help you.
Google : ABS plastic repair and you will get info on what you need to do.

3M has some products that work very well. I've fixed 2 inche holes on sportbike side panels. You can even make tabs where they have been broken off. Like someone said go to an autobody supply shop. You will be looking for 3M bumper repair, but you will want Rigid versus Flexible.

The brass "nut" has come out of the plastic that the windshield bolt screws in on the fairing. . Anyone know of a product to adhere the brass fitting back to the ABS plastic?

Epoxy for plastic at autozone, then run a tap thru the threads to clear out any leftover cured epoxy in the threads. You can find the stuff at autozone, or Harley makes a repair kit.

3M 5895 part A&B epoxy and 05907 Adhesion Promoting Spray
I use it to repair Pelican Boxes and other ABS pieces.
Pretty good stuff.

This may help. It looks like a batwing with the exact issue you describe is being repaired at 5:30 into video.
