Rivco Flag Pole Mount

RE: Rivco Flag Pole Mount
Lemme say this, havin' jest built mah own. When ya install somethin' like a flag mount, yer doin' some very strange things ta the loadin' factor of the hitch itself. The stress is ALL at the mount point, an' the pole will provide some purty amazin' leverage. Go git yerself a 5' piece of pipe, slide it over a 1/2" bolt that WELL anchored in a vise - an' then see what it takes to bend it. THAT is the kinda leverage yer lookin' at...
IMO, there should be a brace point further up by the Tour Pak, which ah did on mine. You'd be surprised at how much force is exerted just with a 15 mph wind!
