The custom is definetly the best looking of the Kings. Streamlined. You'll still have to change out some of the trinkets to make it the way you want it. Have fun with it.

Great choice, I have an 04 real red . Love the stripped down look. Add a little bling and some pipes and she will look like a hot rod.

WOW!!! What a day, Just got off the RK and couldn't be happier. What a wonderful riding experience, this bike does everything great. I have a few questions for some of you owners, 1-Is this thing suppose to shake so much? My TC88 was nothing like this in the shake department, especially at idle.2- I need to move the passenger pegs back some.. any ideas? 3- Love the bars but I'd like a little straighter wrist, any one? 4- seems hot to me, is this normal?
Thanks everyone.

Wow.....nice pics of the bike. Not sure how much the 88's shake, but my 96 shakes at idle, smooths right out after you take off. Not sure about the peg adjustment, but I was unsure of the beach bars as well until I rode the bike a while. I then realized I didn't have any discomfort in my hands, wrists or shoulders from riding with these bars. I think they are really comfortable. As for the heat issue, I had a Stage 1 done on the bike at the 1000mile service. SE touring mufflers, SE air cleaner, SERT and synthetic oil change which helped reduce the heat and improved the performance of the bike. Congrats again and have fun this weekend............

I think the night train has the 88B motor which is couterbalanced and rubber mounter for smoothness and it doesn't shake at idle like the RK. Check out www.wild1inc.com for bars. They have all kinds. Sounds to me like yopu want your knucklews straight forward if I understand you. Me too...
