I think PhilM & MaineUltraClassic have done it. I remember reading where you need to soak the inside of the muffler with PB Blaster or WD40, then drop the pipe end of muffler on a block of wood to jar the baffle loose. Once it's loose, you can yank it out the muffler outlet.

Can't be done on the bike, it is in there way too tight.
Here are the instructions from D&D -
Since your system is new, it should come out pretty easy. My system had a few miles on it when I did the swap, and it took a few good hits on the wood to get it to come loose.
Putting it back in..........if you can't line up the set screw holes perfectly, just drill it to make a new one once you have the baffle down in the muffler the proper amount. I got lucky and my holes lined up on the first try, but if they hadn't then the drill would have been coming out.
