Yeah if they want them bad enough they will get them no matter what you do. But most theives are looking for a quick opportunity. They are not usually gonna take the time to really work for something like that. Unless the the bike s somewhere way out of site giving them time to work. That is why I always take my quick release sissy bar off the bike when staying at hotels or anywhere the bike will be out of my site for long periods of time.

Sorry Scum bags!!! Most people use to have enough sense not to jack with someones harley. Consequences were to severe!
A clevis pin with a Jesus clip or quick clip on the inside would work well and be more convienent than a bolt. They could spin it all night and never get it out.

That's probably true but it takes longer to get those bolts out. If they have to spend more time, it might not be worth it to them. The longer it takes the higher the chance of getting caught. But like most things, if someone wants them bad enough.....
