Do you have your driving lights aimed up too high? They might be flashing you for them. Check with the dealer and make sure they are all aimed correctly. The driving lights go off when the high beams are on.
Good luck.

I used to get that, and it was indeed my spot lamps. Made a small adjustment to bring the left lamp more in line with the headlamp height, and adjusted the right one to illuminate the shoulder more clearly...haven't had anymore idiots flashing me. The spots appear very bright relative to other lights, but aren't blinding like a true brightbeam can be...people just like to pitch a fit.

I have a buddy I ride with ,he has a 05 EG std. His headlight and driving lights are alot brighter it seems than my 04 police EG,heck my light are aimed correctly and I can ride with the high beams on and hardly ever get flashed to click down to low,my driving light stay on either high or low beam.I'm thinking of replacing the driving lights with a pair of the factory halogen one just for some more light at night

Anybody know how to adjust spot lamps on a 04 classic, I have tried to but can not get at the nut on the bottom side, have removed turn lamp and exposed nut and hollow stud with wire thru it, tried hack sawing a slice in a 1/2" deep socket but must be wrong size, also tried twistingwhile holdinga large flat blade screwdriver to hold nut, just can't seem to get them tight. Thanks in advance for any help
