Put 371 miles on new setup today
She is running so damn good too. Yesterday I leaned out my af ratios in my cruise rpms to 14:1:1 and today got 50 mpg on back roads. Got 44 mpg running thru the mountains and twisties. It ran good but a tad hotter than I wanted so I richened it up to 13:8:1 to see what that does.
Pretty damn good mileage for a full bagger making 114 hp in a 98" kit with heads & cam. Course the 6 speed helps. Hell my stock setup with pipes, AC and PCIII only got36 mpg and made 74 hp. I knew that tune was too rich though.
The ThunderMax with Autotune is the heat! It didn't miss a beat the whole day riding from sea level to 4,000 ft. I'm loving it!

I know that you run the DTT but otherwise we have simular builds. What air/fuel ratios do you use for cruise and WOT? I think I need to lower mine a bit to reduce the engine temps but would like to know what is recommended with our higher compressions.

you get lots better mileage than i....at idleand WOT its 13 to 1....at 10-35% throttle its between 13.8-14. up to 3500rpm....rest of the time its between 1.35-13.8 ....fuel makes power....gas mileage bothers me but it dont really cause i want the bike to run....timing tables play just as big a role in both...phil set my tables and since it runs great and doesnt ping...i leave it alone....in fact, i turned OFF my WEGO II Autotune and just run on a good map...doing that allows the bike to act like a stock bike cause i dont hafta wait til it goes into the tuning mode to take off...its very streetable with great power....unless i twist the crank, i'm done foolin with it....its tuned, its dependable, it hauls ***
kdeitz runs a TMax with great results, his build is not too far off from ours either

I'm not too into mileage either other than wanting to make two round trip commutes to work (38 miles each way) before needing to refuel. Looks like I have reached that goal. Thanks Bryan.
