We are both having the same issue so what's wrong?

That is the next thing I am going to check. I put a new one on, but after reading his solution I am going to try it. But I am still changing the motor mounts.
I also have a new cush drive coming too.

Yes I replaced it. With the upgrade. But still doing it.
93000 miles on the original so I figured it was due anyway.

Because it becomes confusing as to who is being answered, and not every problem has the same cause.

Hijacking someone else`s thread is like interrupting a conversation.

Starting your own thread leaves no doubt as to whose problem is being addressed, and it is the proper way to use a forum.

Be respectful to the original poster, start your own thread.

I just figured since we both have the same symptoms one of our solutions could possibly help the other.

Do you want to belabor this point, or fix your motorcycle?

If you want to fix the problem, start your own thread and get on with it.

No need to answer...

If you think your belt has been slipping i would inspect the belt very carefully for damage. Missing teeth or teeth looking like they are being pulled out the belt. Look closely.
