2007 was first year for o2 sensors and closed loop, except for maybe CA or such, I believe. Isn't that just feedback to the ECM, how does that effect things?
But it did seem like the dirty IACs and other issues popped up in 2007, there is a bulletin about cleaning IAC. I had stall issues. First dealer raised RPM to 1100. I don't know if they ever fixed it, or what they did to my bike. I found the bulletin myself and started cleaning it.

IAC is not a servo but closed loop stepper control.

I also would have said intake gaskets but the issue seems way deeper. If this was my ride, rather than guess and throw parts at it, I'd just bring it in. It may be cheaper... and quicker... red hot heads, is that a figure of speech or were they glowing? If glowing, I wouldnt even ride it to have it looked at..
I talked to one of the service adviser in Harley Davidson, and he said something is not right. Also, they told me not to ride it when bringing in the shop.

Thanks, I will look into it, and let's see.

It is fixed
I dropped it off local dealer. They tested it and finally fixed it. According the mechanic throttle position sensor was broken. It took 5 hours to find the problem and replacing the sensor. The result is CAD$945 plus taxes. The part is CAD$66.00. I haven’t picked it up yet. I will try this Saturday. Thanks to everybody.
