My 2012 Road King has always been easy to find neutral. Even down shifting I hit neutral sometimes.

Funny as I put in what the manual calls for 28 ounces. I find neutral everytime.

I have hydro clutch and have no problem at all finding neutral.
I also never go into neutral once I take off.
