Angry 05 Road King custom EFI cursed abomination

Hi all!
I am scratching my head here, I have searched for about a month now, online, in forums, in seedy back rooms of garages where old dudes who know arcane things about harleys tend to linger, so far.....nothing.
I have an 05 RKC EFI that has no spark.
All lights and indicators function, engine turns over easily.
so, heres what i did,
pulled codes and chased them, dead ends, historic, and self created when working on things.
tested the following, with multi meters and a working doner bike,
ECM good
TSM good
CPS good
Coils good
Battery, Not the best but juicy enough to show a spark if there is one
Plugs, good, showing proper colour etc
plug wires, continuity checked good.
start run stop switched exchanged for new, good to go
chicken bones.....shaken properly, prior to donning grass skirt and beginning the dance of the twin cam

harley gods appeased, no idea why no spark at this point other than a loose ground, or short, and i replaced every fuse with a new one, went over the harness and cleaned the connections..

oh forum gurus....please hear my cry, please answer this question with a laymans term answer that does not require me to re iterate all the service shop numbers and testing i followed!
please, let it be something 100% free to fix and stupid simple, I will accept looking like a jackass in exchange. "WHERE IS MY SPARK?" ........thank you!

You do have the plugs installed and using an extra to check?

indeed, both plugs in, but the shop service manual says one can be out, does that mean can or should. sometimes its unclear.

Do you have a Tuner on the bike? I had an issue a few years ago where my bike wouldn't start. I have a older Dynajet USB tuner on the bike. Turns out that even if the bike turns over if the tuner doesn't see enough voltage it will not fire spark. In my case I changed the battery, issue solved

Marginal battery? Why use one that is marginal? Did you load test it?

I am gonna go out on a limb and say check your voltage drop on battery when cranking your bike, if it drops below 9.5 or so your ignition likely won't fire the plugs. I had a bike that the charging system was bad or very weak and would run but would not spark when cranking, only kick start. Non Harley. And I thought the plugs had to be in also, does not the bike sense compression to fire the plugs as well? First idea is a longshot, second one I am going off old grey matter.
