I would think tire shape, more than profile affects the handling. HD Street Glides run a low profile tire, while the Ultra's do not.

Thanks for sharing. I've looked into dark side subforum and know that people run on the dark side successfully, as F9 pointed out - we all choose our own level of risk. At this point in my life I don't care much for dark side but hey - never say never, right

No. A car tire on a motorcycle is one of those few "go ahead and say never" kind of things.
