Default new seat( confused)

What is the most confortable seat to replace street glide seat and keep the look . I looked at the Corbin's & Mustang's some like them some say no differences.Just trying to get an idea before spending the bread and not being happy ?

I put the Sundowner on my Road King and I thing it's pretty good for the money.
The more miles I put on it the better it feels. The Wife likes the passenger pad better too.

Third touring bike and third mustang seat. What you have to do is go to bike nites and see if the owner will let you sit on seats that you are interested. I found that some that i tried i liked the cushion of, but the cut of the seat did nothing for me. And others i liked the cut and fit of the seat but they were hard as a rock. So you really have to do your homework if you want to get it right. A seat search can almost be as bad as finding the perfect exhaust.....

Harley sells a sundowner made for the streetglide with the exact same stitch pattern on it, looks good and feels great.

I have Mustang seats on both of my bikes. When I got the 06 UC I thought I would leave the stock seat on it cause it seemed so comfortable. That was until a put a 400 mile day on it and a 600 miler a couple of days later, I was miserable. When I got home I went straight from the garage to my computer and ordered a mustang for it. Since then I have done numerous long days and recently did a 850 on the way to Sturgis with no pain.

A caution about how firm a saddle is...my Corbin is hard as a rock, but also the most comfortable for me on the market.

After all...ever see a western cut horse saddle that was padded out? Nope...made for long days, months at a time.

The cushier the seat, the longer I ride, the more my boys are burning. Love the firm feel of Corbin, I'm planted in the bike not on it.

I'm with stvmike. Also have a Road King and the sundowner is the best investment i've made. Seem to be able to get into that groove & ride foreverwithout having any backside issues.
