So what exactly is the "Supplement"? Is it CVO specific? I think that's the one the dealer ordered for me if I remember correctly.

"#99500-14 ... 2014 flhtkse $104.73 list"
You don't want the supplement only without having the full 2014 "Touring" FSM

That's why it's called a supplement... It is to be used in addition to the regular 2014 Touring Service Manual.
If you were going to only get one manual, you will have more useful & complete information with the 2014 Touring Service Manual.
Maybe someone with a Touring CVO model can tell us what systems a CVO touring bike has, that aren't covered in the regular Factory Touring Service Manual.....

20 years ago they were less than $70. Lst I heard $170, which I would still begrudgingly buy. $270 is getting there, but some point you need it. My sled I bought bootleg download. Printed what I wanted. I think for my bike, I'd probably whine about it for 6 months, and then spend the money, I make lots of notes.
I was trying to find them on the harley site, and having dificulty just to see what they were charging.

I just check my invoice for the SM that they ordered for me and they ordered...99500-14 which is the supplement so I guess I will have to call them tomorrow and have them order the other one instead. The price for the supplement was $136.95 CDN!

Your must be in Canada....
We have US dealers charging mark-up over those list prices on parts sales. I refuse to shop at those dealers, and have driven 60 miles to avoid giving them my business....
