Road Glide fairing on Road King?

Road Glide fairing on Road King?
OK, I've been thinking pretty seriously about a Road Glide, but after checking with the stealer, I won't take that kind of beating on my King. Really, though, I love howmyKingsits and rides, I just think the frame mount fairing would be a better setup than the bar mounted one. That got me thinking - could a RG fairing go on a King? Has anybody done it? It looks like it wouldn't be that hard of a job, and I found a used RG fairing already complete with gauges, radio, speakers and all mounting hardware. If anybody has done this or looked into it, I would really like to hear about it. Thanks.

I know, I know, I have to mess with something - it's a sickness[sm=guilty.gif]. I'm just finishing my 02 King (pics to come SOON) and I think I will go through withdrawl if I don't start something else. Maybe a new bobber HMMMMMMMMMMMM![sm=smiley2.gif]

I would think you would just need the mounting hardware for the shark nose. You wouldn't need the instrument pod for the RG since your King has the Speedo on the tank. I think it would be a cool project. Would love to see the RG fairing done up in that paint scheme you have.
