Default Backrests - HD vs. Mustang

I am looking at getting a new Mustang seat (Ultra Touring) for my 07 RG soon but want to get a backrest sooner.
Any recommendations on going with an HD drivers backrest vs. a Mustang?
List prices show Mustang as $260-$270, HD as $210 to $300 (Adjustable)

Mustang is tops ansd it folds down to accomodate easy entry and exit. Also more adjustments in the standard model vs HD

First of all,I love my Mustang backrest but I think the HD one is also good.A buddy of mine is going to take his adjustable HD backrest off and sale it.He might make someone a good deal on it and it's less than a year old.I'll find out if You're interested. Now,contact https://www.mandmcycles.com/homepage.htm for a better price on the Mustang seat and back rest.I paid $220.00 for the rest and (I think) $365.00 for the seat.

I'm most likely going to get the Mustang. A few months ago there was a fairly long thread either here or on VTF basically comparing it to the HD.
Mustang pretty much won with those that have had both.
