You could always roll on a coat of Glidden flat black primer until you get to the paint shop.

Heck, you could give it to me; I'm beginning to like "real" purple.

It just thatoff-purple Black Cherry that gets to me.

Oh, and by the way, those white ones remind me of a pealed patato or vinilla ice creame.

And those 2008 105th models look just like a Duracell battery.

Come to think of it, my Black one looks like crap too.

I am Color Blind so I won't be any help. All Harleys look good to me.

 

The blue behind the bike in your sig pic looks like a good color.

Well, as I hope you can tell by now,I'm just kidding.

That's why they made such a varity of colors.

The only thingI have said that I'm sticking to is:

They are all Harleys and American made.

Mine is black cheery and I hear nothing but compliments from people on the color. It looks black when riding by, and black at night. When it's clean and the sun is on it, it looks deep metallic red in the sunlight, but again...black from different angles. If you see Purple when looking at a Black Cherry Pearl bike, you are indeed color blind.

 

My boy stationed in NC and his new wife came to visit a few weeks ago. As we got in from the airport and I pulled in next to my 'Glide, he said:
"Jen wants a ride on your purple bike," as he laughed. I woulda kicked his ***, but he's about 6'6" and built like the Airborne soldier he is. So all I could do was argue that it wasn't purple.
Well, she got the ride, and she liked it, too. Purple or not .

 

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't '07 the last year HD came out with Black Cherry?

I believe you are right about 07 being the last year for Black Cherry.

When my wife and I were in the dealership looking, the only 08s they had were the copper/black versions.

The Black Cherry/dark purple bike was an 07, I think.
