Default 05 road glide ignition

I’m having an issue where my ignition/fork lock is rubbing the tank and causes it to shut off bike when turning the handlebars. Any ideas how to fix that

That sounds like you've got something grossly missplaced. I'd say you need to fix that.

Something is very much out of alignment. Assuming the bike has not been in a recent accident, the ignition switch cannot move towards the tank. Did you somehow lose you tank bolts? Maybe it is the console that is contacting the ignition switch and not the tank? Pictures!!!!!!!!!!!

So lets start from the beginning. What were you doing to the bike that caused the issue?

It would be helpful if you would post a picture of this issue.

There should be close to an inch between the ignition switch and the fuel tank, (that's what it is on my 21 RG). So, what moved, the switch nacelle, the tank or the steering head?

Actually appreciate the help. Found out it’s just a shitty Amazon cover for the ignition and it was super glued on
