Yea, get the HD factory manual. Around $50.00 and well worth it.

The HD repair manual is the only way to go.

You can get them on Ebay for about 1/2 price from the $60 retail.

Get all three 1-sm from hd 2-parts manual 3-elect. dx manual
each one was 42$ at an online dealership.

The first time I crack one open ,it paid for itself imo. Would have someone else do any major work on bike so could have let the elect dx manual out ,so that one may be more precautionary?

I first bought the Clymer, on linefor $23, formy 2000 FLHTCI and it was ok but it wasn't that detailed. I went on line looking for the shop manual from Harley for my bikeand had no luck.I went to the local dealer and payed $60. It is very detailed and it was expensive but I always bought the shop manual for my cars and they were over $60 so I don't consider the Harley manual excessive. It will pay for itself. I just tightened my handlebars using the HD manual. Piece of cake. Just MHO.
