B1124 DTC - Right turn signal not working
Hello all,
Have been struggling with the right turn signal not working. The front running lights are working. The left turn signal works (front & rear). Only problem is right won’t flash. When I press the right turn signal switch the dash right arrow will flash once very dimly. Right after the red key trouble code will display. I have replaced all 4 bulbs, and the TSSM (has security system).
would anyone know what to look for. Gonna start tracing wires. But so far don’t have no cuts or abrasions that I can physically see.
Thanks

I have not. but I bought the bike used. It is very much a custom build. It’s a 2007 Road king and was converted to a street glide. So some one else did change bars and added a fairing, gas tank, bags, etc

I have disconnected the rear fender harness from under the seat. Tried the turn signals and they worked. Both of them. Soon as I plug the rear harness back in and press the right turn signal nothing flashes and red light key turns on. Now just waiting to tear the rear apart and check what’s going on in the harness. Luckily not a lot of time spent tracing wires

Check the harness under the fender (use a mechanics mirror and flashlight) to see if it is abraded or shorting against the fender. It that all looks good then do a pin to pin check from the plug under the seat to the various connections on the rear lights for continuity, then check pin to ground on the connections.
Sounds like yo are making progress in locating the issue.
