I would never intentionally lead you astray, brother!

I suspect that for some reason it decided to quit accepting a charge while we were out riding. Since these bikes run off the battery and not the charging system, everything shut down when it ran out of enough juice to run the bike. I'm fortunate that it happened close to home and not on one of our many trips. So, it's all good - not blaming you at all and I hope I didn't say something that lead you to think I was.

I am very interested in the outcome, keep me posted

If it’s a 1,5kw starter and the voltage is 12volts then 1,500/12.= 125 amps. That’s why CCA specs are bull ****. I’d rather have higher Ah capacity.

CCA specs are based on ensuring that the chemistry of your battery is sufficient in cold temperatures to have the current needed on tap.
Capacity is also measured in such a way that is mostly meaningless to compare. The only way to have more capacity is to have a physically larger battery. When's the last time you pulled 1 amp from your battery for 30 hours straight? That is not how we use automotive batteries.
All measurements are a compromise. Maybe neither one of them is any good. But you would not want a 125 CCA battery that had double the capacity to start your bike, nor would a 1000 CCA one with half the capacity be a good fit.
