If the Dealer does the stage 1 download.... They are required to adjust with in EPA STANDARDS and that is still a "LEAN CONDITION" and lean means HEAT!

Bike is running great with FP. No pop on decel amd great throttle response. I'm very happy with my current setup. Thanks for the input.

Just installed V&H ProPipe, AN Big Sucker and fuel pack with stock ECU on my 07 RoadGlide. So far, put about 50 miles on it with no issues to report. ProPipe is a great combination of sound and performance. I can't see spendning any more $$$ on a dealer download.

The fuel pak wont add much if you have the stage 1 download, I did this to our 02 classic and when you look at the fuel pak settings for a stage1 setup you will see a bunch of zeros except in the very last spaces for values. I was told by vance and hines techs. the fuel pak has its settups set toward a mix of power and fuel milage. After the addition of the fuel pak w/ the stage 1 the bike had very little noticable difference. But I ran a fuel pak on my 07 street glide without the stage 1 download and found out what a stage 1 does the fp did not. I bumped the rev limiter once and the fuel pak locked the bike in over rev mode, where it would not run it just would rev a little and shut off, I had to pull over and turn switch off and restart to get it to reset. Ive had the stage 1 downloads done on a few bikes and it has always worked great, provided you are using harley performance pipes and air cleaner or something very close to the same.

Does anyone know what the rev limiter is supposed to be set at once you've done a Stage 1 download? The stock setting is 5500 rpm, but my '06 will run past 6000 without the limiter kicking in.

What is the max rpm a TC88 can run up to without blowing apart?
