I have had them both. LOVED my 89 wineberry wing, bush-tech turbo II, ALL tricked out. put over 100,000 miles on her with NO trouble, just routine requirements. Had 3 harleys (use to have money) at the same time and a 78 Kawasaki LTD 1000 with 2,200 miles on it, I had bought it new. I ride an 07 SG now which I like less than my 92FXSTC or my Special. I do like the SG but compared to the Wing (which you really should not do since they are such different bikes) I lean towards the wing. Yep, I know everyone wise cracks on the wings, but to each his own. These days of $23, 000 plus dollar bikes, its getting harder and harder to have more than one new high end bike at a time. Hey. ride what YOU want....

I have a Deuce and am looking to buy aRG. Borrowed an RG today and put on about 75 miles before switching bikes with my buddy who had an 05 Wing. That Wing is wicked fast, smooth as glass, handles and feels like a bike half it's size. Very, very impressed. Yeah yeah I know, it doesn't have character or the sound but to just dismiss this impressive bike is just wrong. Has me second guessing the purchase of the RG.
