Everyone knows that the new 96" bikes run hot, and do not meet their performance potential because of their leaned out motors, how about the V-RODS? With the radiators are they performing at a higher level than the 96? Are they closer to reaching their potential?

 

I believe that engine is the future for HD baggers. 08 has 120HP I believe and the water cooling seems to be proven.

while i certainly agree, it is still an ugly motor... unless HD finds a way to make that motor "prettier" I'll be waiting in the wing and riding an "old tech" air cooled bike...

 

If they would only put the fin's the rest of the way down I think it would look a lot better, Having said that, I like the V-Rod, and will own a used one one day, But Hey I drive a Road Glide so what would you expect!!!
