I'd guess as others have mentioned that the line inside the tank has a pinhole in it.
You can't get enough fuel to the carb due to the hole and it stalls.

Regardless of carb or EFI, my understanding is that this hose is a known failure point due to routing inside the tank that rubs a hole in the line.

I check the hose in tank and the Regulator, Fuel Pressure -

I know the factory specs, but the initial post clearly says carbureted…
well, it was clear to me anyway! 😂

I'd say 07ultraglideguy is on the right track.
If you hear gas spraying inside the tank there's gotta be a hole in the line on the pressure side of the fuel pump.

He does not say that the bike is carbureted. Re read it...

The bike is injected.

I'm late to this thread, and probably missed it, but why do people think it has a carb....?

If it is carbureted bike, there is nothing inside the tank but the screen to the fuel petcock.... No fuel pump, no hose to rub and get a pinhole.....

He mentioned changing his O2 sensors (post 1), and hearing fuel spraying inside the tank (post 5).... both only possible with an EFI bike, which also has fuel injectors...

Then the OP lists the vehicle specs (in posts 12 & 13) which clearly states, "Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI)."

Where did any talk of a carb come from...?

In any case, I agree with Max. If there is one plug showing excessive fueling on an EFI bike that was running properly beforehand, I'd check for a leaky fuel injector...

I'd also check plugs (which he seems to have done) and plug wires. I'd even check to see if the both plugs are getting proper spark from the coil...

Another thought, since it threw O2 sensor codes, is to check that the O2 sensor wires are properly connected and undamaged, as well as checking to see if the over fueled cylinder (rear I think) has a loose O2 sensor or crack in the head pipe near the O2 sensor...

This comment in the initial post made me suspect that it was not a factory EFI setup.

If you look at that, it's simply a reported code. First part say EFI..

My 08 UC did that years ago and it was the plastic fuel line in the tank I bought the fuel pump assembly and then it was fine .
