I realize this is a niche request...

I'll be picking up a 2023 CVO Road Glide, with the Whiskey Neat color.

The Whiskey Neat color scheme has Chrome heat shields and a Chrome slip-on mufflers.

Does anyone who has the 2023 CVO Road Glide or Street Glide with the Platinum color scheme (which has the Scorched Chrome heat shields and slip on mufflers) wish to do a swap with me? I am located in So Cal, but would be happy to pay for shipping (I will send to you, and also pay to have you send to me).

If you can't find anyone to swap with you, you should be able to purchase all the scorched chrome pieces.

I just put in an order for all of the scorched chrome engine covers (rockers, pushrods, cam cover, primary cover, etc) to replace the gloss black parts I have now. They weren't CVO restricted parts, and were surprising less expensive than I expected.

I can't stand how the gloss black parts stain from road grime/bugs when they are hot. They look horrible.

 

I definitely thought about that, but after pricing it out, it turns out to be less costly just to trade and pay for shipping.

Although I may need to buy the parts from H-D anyway.

OP - can you post pics once you have the swap complete? It will be cool to see the Whiskey Neat with Scorched Chrome. Should look awesome.

Where did you order the harley davidson scorched Chrome engine cover kit. I would like to change mine as well.
