The reflection off the cover drives me nuts at midday..any suggestions?

 

100% polarized sunglasses generally work. the other option is to bead balst all your chrome.

 

ride with handfulls of thumb tacks in your front pockets,,,, youll forget all about that glare

Polarized glasses do work extremely well... Too well. They take the sheen right off the road surface, so you may miss that slippery spot just waiting to nail you.

 

Go to a sign shop and purchase some of the magnetic material they use to make signs that people use on their vehicles and stick to refers etc, it comes in many different colors and you can easily cut to any shape you like and easily remove when you want the shine to be seen.I have seen people use it to stripe their bikes, cqars and whatever.
