I just ordered a set of ProBEAMs for my whole bike. I have been emailing back & forth with Leigh Anne over there, just making sure that I had all the information to make the best choice. It's nice to know that they stand by there products. They have been great on the phone & email. Very helpful and responsive.

We went to Dayton bike week a couple years ago, and took 4 bikes down in the trailer. My buddy's bike by mine popped one of the tie down straps and fell into my SG, and broke the lens of my CD turn signal lens. I when to the CD tent at Destination Daytona to buy one, and the sales guy gave me a new lens cover. I tried to pay him, but he wouldn't take the money. Custom Dynamics are good people that stand behind their products. He did how ever get a nice tip for helping me out, when it wasn't a warranty problem.

Quick shout out to Custom Dynamics customer service and warranty. One of the first things I added to my Ultra Limited in 2015 was the CD running lights/turn signal LED inserts. Last year when I traded for a Road Glide I moved them over to the new bike.
Earlier this week I noticed that some of the white LEDs were burnt out. I sent a photo to CD customer service. They asked for the model number off the back and informed me they were no longer available. But the very next sentence was telling me that would be replacing them with the latest model. No questions asked, no waffling on the “lifetime warranty”.
The new units came in today and they are even brighter!
You may find something similar or “just as good” but you’ll be hard pressed to find such top notch customer service. For me, that’s worth a premium price for a premium product.

I didn't route the wires correctly when I installed rear turns on my Sportster years ago, and one of the wires got rubbed by the tire. I called CD and asked if I could purchase one replacement turn signal, fully expecting them to say No, you need to buy a new set.
Instead they said No, we're sending you a replacement for free!
I've outfitted my next 2 bikes with their stuff all around. It's all I'll use.
