Default Jim Palmer/ Motorcycle Agent

Just want to say I just used my Motorcycle Agent ESP. This wet very well for me. My starter switch IE: start button at tines didn't work. I was at the Herley shop today and ask what he thought.he said he has replaced a lot of them. I called the Motorcycle Agent and within an hour I was out the door with a new switch installed. The cost was 266.00 nothing to me covered. They were easy to deal with.

What is the procedure? Do you call Jim first, or does the dealer call him to make the arrangements? I've never had an ESP, but am thinking about it when my warrentry run out.

I think you or dealer needs to call the phone number they provided to get the authorization.

think about this, if this is the only thing that gets repaired/replaced under the ESP then having the ESP was a waste of money, now if more than the cost of the esp spent it is worth it. I had one on my 14 sgs, i had a lifter start going out and the esp wouldn't cover until it went completely out, HD pretty much told me I could renew my esp and if it went out it would be covered, I canceled my remaining esp and used that money to buy my replacement parts and saved money. When I bought my wife's 19 heritage they were really pushing the esp, I told them no extras and put a 10k down payment and paid the rest off in about 60 days. They can stick it in their brown star man bun trap.

Jim is great! His previous company is great also. Discount ESP. Can't go wrong with either.

I get what you're saying. If you bike is a garage queen I agree, But my bike is just over two years old with over 45000 miles on it. There a good chance by the time the ESP runs out I will have 70000 to 85000 one it and something most likely go wrong.

I called to make sure it was covered then gave the phone to the service manager everything was done in less than an hour out the door.
