Claims Authorization
If you find yourself at a repair facility that doesn't want to help with this process, all the administrators we work with, will allow clients to process their own claims. This is rare, as most facilities have excellent customer service; however, this is a nice backup.
I don't need to get involved often; however, if there is a communication breakdown or issue--think of me as your insurance agent. We are there to assist and get you back on the road.

Within the last year I have put insurance coverage on both of our bikes with Jim. He understands and talks the language. Also gives good sound advice.
I have also added the ESP on the 22 RG with aftermarket components including head pipe and tune. I’ll be doing the same with the 21 SGS in just a couple of months.
I’ve not had any claims and hope I don’t. But they made moving the ESP from my 17 CVO limited to the RG super easy.
