Big Shoutout to Advanblack
I purchased a chopped tour pac from Advanblack 4 years ago, I ride a 2019 RGS in Candy Hot Rod Red Flake, I admit I was very concerned about them colour matching this colour, however it turned out my worries was unfounded.
Fast forward 4 years and I discovered for some reason my tour pac had split around the base (I did have the supplied base plate fitted), I was horrified when I discovered this, didn't know how it could have happened and the cost to replace it.
Anyway, I took pictures and contacted Advanblack to see if they had any explanation (I never overloaded it). Their response was a shock...... They said my tour pac was out of warranty, BUT they would replace it free of charge, I just needed to confirm colour and required latch colour and agree to pay shipping.
I thought wow, of course I agreed to pay shipping and it arrived a week later, I checked how much it would have cost me to replace it.... $959 + tax and shipping.
I cannot speak highly enough of Advanblack, they could have easily said sorry not our problem. instead they stepped up and replaced it free of charge

I had a different response. The plastic tab that held the nut for the upper cap on my Advan lowers broke after about a year they told me it was out of warranty and I was SOL. But the new one was only like $35 freshly painted to match my bike, totally reasonable so I ordered a set.
btw: if you message for one, they have always sent a 5% off code which helps on the high dollar parts.

I wish I had that luck with them, back in October I hit a pothole and the bottom of the back broke all the way across the rear of the plate. Like you I had nothing in the bag either, I contacted my AdvanBlack rep (sent pictures as well) that I purchased the chopped tour pack from, and he contacted the company and told them what had happen (at least that is my understanding). Their response was the same as your, out of warranty, but there was no offer to replace it at all. So, I ask if I could just purchase the bottom of the bag, yep and for around $600 (I paid about $700 for the whole pack originally). I will eventually replace the bottom of the bag, when I have the funds to do so, I do miss having the storage space.
I cannot and will not talk bad about the company, they haven't giving me any reason too. Knowing the warranty had expired I didn't expect them to replace it and planned to purchase a king bottom to replace the broken bottom (if possible), just wasn't expecting the one part (chopped bottom shell) to cost almost as much as the whole pack originally cost me. Maybe I will reach out to my rep again and mention this thread to reference to see if he can do anything for me.
I certainly hope more people have the luck you had rather than the luck I had.
