RE: Harmon/Kardon MP3 Question
I'm going to try burning the CD on my PC at work today. Everything I've tried on the Mac (different speeds, different burning programs, etc) result in the same problem.
All the files play in my car, on the computer and on the home CD player.
The mystery continues...

RE: Harmon/Kardon MP3 Question
The disk that's currently in my player has about 130 mp3's on it and I don't have any problems playing it. (Unless you count the problem of trying to find a particular track quickly. [])
Reading the replies, I think there's some confusion about burning mp3's as music or data. If you burn it as music you will get 10-15 tracks per disk and it should play in any CD player. But some players, including the HK, will also read mp3's burned as data and THAT's how you get so many songs on a disk. A 700 mb disk will hold a lot of 4 mb files. Not all CD players will play files that haven't been converted to music, though.

RE: Harmon/Kardon MP3 Question
Burning Mp3's using itunes has been the easiest one to use so far. Depending on the length of the songs, I have been able to put 163 songs on 1 cd. I burn at the fastest rate and no problems have occurred so far. My music is downloaded normal and as a data cd. Just try itunes one time and see(its Free). Good luck
