I took my full off and bought a Chopped (BTW - buy it at chicago and save 20% and no sales tax) anyway... My wife and I have been on the bike for up to a week and we Both lived out of the bags and chopped pack.... I believe they look MUCH better than the big box on back - My full size tour pack is stored in the garage.

I just put a King Tour Pak on my R/G, was having the same thoughts you where. I osted it here and got the same in puts you are getting. They are right about putting a King on, if you're going to put something back there you might as well get the most out of it. I liked the looks of the chopped better but I'm glad I went with the King, it will hold a lot of stuff and it you take trips you will love it
