. Most new owners fall out of love with paying $450 a month on it bike and choose to let it go, can I still then get financed thru a different lender other than Harley for a cheaper bike with a big down payment

The EG Standard is a 'stripper'. It's the only fairing equipped bike with no radio or speakers. The primary case, rocker boxes etc, are polished aluminum rather than chrome. It only comes in vivid black.

But they're considered a canvas for those who want to go their own way. You can add a radio and dress the bike up. I've seen some great builds with lowers and tour packs added. One thing I really like about the Standard is the red Harley logo on the black tank.

I love mine,I've owned a Classic and an Ultra in the past, both had things I didn't really want and eventually chrome will rust and peel like the rocker boxes I had to replace on my 2000 FLHTC.
I added just the things I wanted much of it aftermarket and much less than H-D brand parts, this bike is even easier to clean with less chrome and lights everywhere.
