Default fuel injector

Does anybody know if anyone ever blueprints stock injectors, I still have the stock throttle body and from what I 've readI think I'm going to keep it, but no matter what I do I cant tune the rough running, and hesatation out of low RPM's, after she get above 3000 hold on but this low RPM stuff has got me stumped

Is there much you can do with them? I'm thinking the best thing would be to grab a handful and pick a good match for flow rates with the same (various) signals. Or at least, with just two to pick from, put the one which requires greater duty cycle into the cylinder which will cause the least amount of problem when high duty cycles are being used (I forget which one of the two that would be).

The first thing I would do is an ohm check of the injectors, not sure what they should be but they both should be the same within a few tenths of an ohm. I've seen many injector's internal windings short out to one another due to alcohol desolving the shellac type coil insulation causing the injector to not operate correctly, sometimesonly at certain RPMs. The problem is that this problem only occurs when the injector reaches a certain temperature so I used to do it when engine was cold and when engine was hot. I'm not sure if anyone actually blueprints them, when I was in the fuel injection business we used to buy large quantities, test aseveral of them, mix and match until we got sets of them muchless then the factory accepted 5% spread and sell them as matched sets, some call that blueprinting???. If you think that you may have an injector problem there are companies that flow test and cleanthem, such as www.rceng.com.Ask around, there may be someone in your area but make sure they have the right equipment to doit with, can test at various pulse widths and have ultra sonic cleaning.

Some one told me to change the intake to a split intake. It seem like the SE intake has two seperate runners but not sure

Thanks for the advice it gives me a place to start, I've heard mixed reveiws on dual runners and larger throttle bodys so I wasnt planing on changing it but I've got to do something different. It seems that no tuning changes make the problem go away
