Mustang Revere Journey Stripe Solo. I've done 5,000 miles on it, with multi day trips.

Kind of depends on how firm you want in a seat. The seats already mentioned range from soft to medium to firm.
Mean City does mostly H-D seats and some aftermarkets, like Mustang. Their mods might be the better option and cheaper than getting a new seat. Not sure if they still offer a ride-in appt where they mod your seat while you wait. I did a while back and I used their golf cart to go to a local eatery.

You might want to give an AirHawk a try.
I did two Hoka Hey Challenges using a Harley -25 seat with an AirHawk and a Sheep Skin cover. Average of 20 hours a day for two + weeks and it was not painful as long as I kept the AirHawk adjusted for altitude changes.
Might not work for you but a lot cheaper to try than a new seat.
