I had a power commander 5 without the sensors plugged in. Had the bike dyno tuned using a direct link tuner and we left the o2 sensors unplugged. I'm now using a power vision without the o2 sensors. Can't run any auto tune sessions but that's a small area of the overall picture. I'm still using the o2 optimizers that came with the power commander. They basically send a signal that the bike is running right where it should. Not sure what other tuners can be used without sensors.

From what I could find the piggy back system, like PC5, is an Alpha N system. Kind of a step backwards for 2007 being the first year Harley used O2 sensors on all model.
The bad is that there is no consideration for real time varying engine loads without feedback from the O2 sensors.

Maybe the tuner he used is open loop.people were also putting resistors in to dummy circuit.not sure what part the dummied.
I'd look under side cover and seat to see if any modifications
But I guess if it runs ok, it runs ok
