Went with a bat over an ape.
With a FLH since the FLTs from Moco, come with taller bars outside the fairing .
made my choice with all my free time. 4 touring bikes now. Maybe get shark someday. Can't have to many bikes.

I have been wanting road glide for few years. I got road king and ultra. But road glide ultra comes with bars above fairing. Electra glide below. Living in Midwest I wanted warm hands
So bought another bat wing model.

It is an honor to have touched so many.
But this stems from the thread where I stated my opinion you see more apes on sharks, than bars. Being that is how Harley builds them for one thing.

Apes have NO sense of humor if ya hit em.
A guy dies. He's standing at the Pearly Gates. St Peter asks him
What did you accomplish in your life that I should let you in.
The guy says, I saved a little girl's life. I was at the zoo. She had fallen into the gorilla habitat.
I jumped in and beat the crap out of that gorilla with a branch.
The girl got away
St Peter looked at his board and says I don't see that here. When did that happen ?
