how long till synthetic switch ??
Approaching 1000 mile service. Should I switch to synthetic or wait till 2500- 5000 miles ??

Just hesitant b/c 2 mechanics from my area said wait till at least 2500 miles, but i respect the hell outta all you guys opinions on this forum so I wanted the feedback !!

I heard its 5000 miles. You figure the first oil change 500 then 1000 then after its every 5000 miles. 5000 miles.....final answer.

I did mine at 1000 check up...royal purple and bel-ray gear saver. I wanted to get it in there cause of the heat issue. It definately did help. Remi
