If you look at the SM, ABS brakes have separate lines from the ABS module to each of the front calipers. Front brake lever may actuate calipers differently..
I didn’t realize that. This is my first experience with ABS on a motorcycle. My other bike is an 06’ Dyna with just a single disk on the front.

As far as I can tell. They started the linked brake system on 2014 up baggers.

One of my concerns when the bike came with it was doing slow speed maneuvers. From what l understand is that it doesn’t kick in until 10 mph though.

Not sure about the 10 mph thing but you are saying the bike is never ridden above 10 mph?

Only when I’m feeling crazy. I used to do a lot of slow speed stuff on a range. The speed governor sucks too though.
