Intermittent Miss / Front Cylinder

Intermittent Miss / Front Cylinder
2011 FLHX 103 / ABS / Cruise / Silent Alarm / Stage 1
Was taking a morning ride. Stopped at a Park along the way. After approximately 10 minutes I started the bike to leave and noticed there was an intermittent miss when I reved the motor. I decided to return home. I pulled onto the highway and didn't notice it at first but as I was going down the highway I noticed it again. Seems to happen under acceleration.
Any ideas?

Always start at the beginning, which would be a recent mod or repair....
Have you done any recent mods or repairs....???
If not, then check the battery (load test, not just voltage).... to include cables/connections.... don't forget the ground to frame connection...
If power is solid, then run codes to see if they will point you in a certain direction....
On a 2011, I would make sure to check the plugs, and plugs wires..... could be a maintenance item that is due, even if not part of the problem....
Report back what you find....

First thing I would do is check codes. You don't even have to get off bike, or get a tool.
I've done it one 12. kill switch off, hold trip button in, turn ignition on I beleive. Scroll through the codes on you dash. If that doesn't work google it.
Check engine light should come on at start up. Go out, come back on for few seconds if there was a recent code, stay on if active code, I believe.
